Eminem

Eminem was born Marshall Bruce Mathers III on October 17, 1972 in St Joseph, Missouri. He spent his childhood back and forth between the St Louis area and the Detroit area. He broke into the mainstream in 1999 with the release of The Slim Shady LP. Eminem starred in the somewhat autobiographical motion picture "8 Mile", for which he won an Academy Award for Best Song ("Lose Yourself").
