John Legend

Singer and pianist John Legend was born John Roger Stephens in Springfield, Ohio. In college he led an a cappella group and played piano on Lauryn Hill's "Everything Is Everything." Legend's debut album Get Lifted was released in 2004. He had a number one hit in 2013 with "All Of Me." Legend won the Academy Award for Best Original Song in 2015 for writing the song "Glory" from the film Selma.
